Our project based philosophy allows us to take on large scale projects including newly built homes, large scale renovations, additions, as well as full decoration and decor services. Full service design typically includes in person consultations, site visits, revision meetings, in person presentation of materials and drawings in the studio, and a full construction drawing package for your builder.
This gives them an exact plan to implement and includes your electrical drawings, plumbing plans, finishes schedule, custom millwork drawings, and a furniture plan if that's within the scope of your project. Our Full design service typically includes product procurement, ordering, and project management. THE BENEFITS
Don’t live nearby for a consult? No problem! We can accommodate clients who are not local by working virtually with you.
You can get a fully designed room at a fraction of the cost!
We will curate a design plan based on your client survey and inspiration images. Please be as specific as possible when giving your design direction as your e-design does not include any rounds of revisions. The more details you give us up front the better. you will also receive detailed floor plans based on the measurements you send us showing you where each item sourced will live. Finally you will receive a list with clickable links to all of the times needed to execute the design plan.
The service allows you to get a fully designed room in a timely manner (note: 2-3 weeks turnaround from time of payment) you will need to do some of the heavy lifting like taking before photos of existing space and a floor plan sketch with all dimensions. Once you receive your e-design you can implement it at your own pace as time and budget allows.
