Say hello to Michelle, founder and principal of Michelle Berwick Design. Starting with a background in business and a passion for design, Michelle founded MBD in 2012 and worked to build it to the nationally sought after firm it is today. Her free spirited approach leads to unique and inspired designs. As the leader of team, she oversees all of the magic that happens from concept to completion and everything in between.

Space planner extraordinaire! Sweet and Softspoken. A lover of Family time, bootcamp and keeping things well rounded with a wine tour thrown in here and there. She attended Fanshawe college for interior design and then continued her education at Georgian College for the Kitchen and bath program. Her calm presence keeps us grounded and relaxed around the office.

This is Ayla. She is laser focused in the studio, but is no stranger to having a good laugh. You will never see her without at least one ring on. She brings the sparkle to the office. She has a degree in Bio-ethics then made a 180 and earned a diploma in Interior Decorating. Ayla designs with intention, keeping style and functionality in the forefront.
