We’ve gotta start you off in the foyer, this amazing diamond trim makes a bold appearance in a few spots in this home. This nook was perfect for a modern wrap bench and a little zing of colour and pattern.

Calling all Dinner guests: This main floor is wide open to the rest of the living spaces, this makes it ideal for entertaining and being with family. These huge windows allow natural light to shower in during the day. But, could you imagine what the sunset would look like during a dinner party? Holy smokes.

These amazing rope stools bring a modern nautical flair to the home and pull elements of the dining space through to the other areas of this home.
This flowing backsplash is an extention of the counter tops, All of the counter tops in this home are from Cambria Quartz. There is NOTHING like Cambria. They have the most amazing designs and unmatched quality. We love working with them to create luxurious spaces for our clients.

Flip around and we will take you for a tour of the living room. This sectional is ready to party, we wanted to be able to seat lots of guests comfortably in this space. This amazing natural wood coffee table fits right in with the modern cottage vibe we were going for. This one of a kind built-in and fireplace is certainly the focal point of the main living area.
Of course we finished this area off with the same pop of jade green you saw when first entering the home. The homeowners allowed us to live out our pillow dreams in this project, it filled our spirits and souls while karate chopping all of the cushions in this home. Not going to lie I feel like I could be a professional ninja... (If that’s even a thing).

Cocktails anyone? This little outdoor patio is whispering your name on a warm summer evening. Terrazzo tables and plush pillows give you the comfort and style to make this space feel like an extension of the home.

Let’s move’er right along, to the hallway. These edgy art pieces were beyond perfect for this home. We wanted to make sure that this home was not left with any vast spaces of empty walls. In a home with high ceilings, this can often be the case. Sometimes all it takes is a small print in an extra-large white matted frame to break up the starkness.
Tara from On The Wall who absolutely nailed the art for this home. She is beyond brilliant when it comes to all things art, framing, and finishing off a space.

Bring on the master bedroom. A super modern gold poster bed had to be in this room. WE DIDN’T HAVE A CHOICE.. and we wouldn’t want to. We made sure to keep things pretty neutral amongst the spaces with a little sprinkle of a more sophisticated muted colour pallet. We wanted the home to be a showstopper.
There are another 4 bedrooms, and let me tell you during install day when there are about 1000 moving parts it’s hard to remember what number each one is.. a nightstand here, a rug there, pillows, art, dressers, accessories you name it we had it flyin through the doors. We were able to get everything in its rightful spot on the first... possibly second shot.
This is our darling bedroom #2
Lets slide a bit further down our hallway with the stunningly selected art pieces to bedroom #3.
In between bedroom #2 and 3 is this sweet shared bathroom.
Right outside the bedrooms is this Laundry room. Anyone who does laundry knows how amazing it is to have it on the same floor as your bedrooms!
Now for the powder room. This powder room sports a modern matte black textured tile accent wall, sleek black pendants and fabulous art pieces to add the final touches.
Shall we head downstairs?
This little trim and art moment is at the bottom of the stairs right before the space opens up into a large common space with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom branching off from this area.
Stay a while? This sofa fitted with 2 loungers is the perfect spot to curl up in front of the fire after an eventful day of skiing.. or in my case an eventful day at the spa.
Grab a drink of your choice, sit back, and relax.
The oh so important details...

A little shout out to our girl who is a local designer, Maria at Studio Mustique. She is a talented artist that hand crafts these amazing home decor pieces. We had to go with these hand painted clay beads. They were just too perfect.
O.K we don't pick favourites around here.. BUT this mural on bedroom #4's wall is pretty darn cool.
We can scoot through this shared bathroom and get a little look at bedroom #5.
This last bedroom took on a bit of a california vibe, and we are not mad about it. It's light and bright. This nude watercolor mural brings a hint of beachy bliss.
