We will be donating half of the proceeds of the E-design sales to stocking the community fridge through the @newmarketfoodpantry with fresh and healthy food. The community fridge is an amazing initiative to try and get fresh and healthy food to those that need it. Take what you need and leave what you can. What a simple yet effective concept. So not only will you receive the vibe boards, and shopping list for everything you will need to make your home look like it was done by a professional design team but you will be helping community members in need. It is a win/win.

I have had so many folks reach out wanting to purchase our cone candles flown in for you folks from Denmark. Today is the day. They are live in the shop and you can purchase them online with pick up still the only option from our Studio in Newmarket.

They are the perfect feel special accessory to add warmth, ambiance, and sculptural interest, and really just give you that relaxing feel and encourage a (time to celebrate) type of feeling.

What's my vibe around the holidays? I would say Holiday Hip. I don't like to go crazy over the top but I do want it to feel special, warm, and inviting. I want people to pop in for one and stay in for multiple. You still have to live in your home and I've got littles and big bears as roommates so I need to be mindful of that.
For me, it's about bringing the outdoors in. But in this case, I do like fakes. Here's why... I've done the real greenery and in a week it's as crisp as a cracker and just goes downhill from there. So I've found you some really good fakes to give you that feeling of hygge without all the hassle. I love anything flocked. Some greenery turns your house into a snowy wonderland. I love using rich velvets, metals, and a bit of glitz and glamour so that extra special (the only time of the year) feel.
